Great selection of products and the quality was great too. Customer service always responded quickly and was super friendly. However, handling costs, shipping costs, and some other packing charge as well as different taxes were added super late in the process, something that should be a LOT clearer from the beginning. I was also very surprised at the cost of the greeting cards; it is not transparent that adding a message to it would cost extra and how much that would end up being (I think we ended up paying £7.50 per card?!). Their process needs a bit of improvement - asking for shipping details early so we have time to compile those, communicating any costs to be expected, and so on. The invoicing was an absolute mess - we ordered to different countries, some EU some UK, and it caused chaos. That was quite frustrating, as in the end we went way above the budget we had planned.It all worked out in the end and everyone was quite happy about the boxes, so it's still ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Some parts like communication needs improvement but the rest is great. Large store with variety of items available, fast production and delivery possible in every part of the world
