Very Happy: Great Products & Great Customer Support

We were were happy with the finished products - the bottles we ordered were of great quality and the personalized print looked fantastic. Customer service was also great!

We had a great experience working with Monday Merch for our Christmas gifts. Communication throughout the entire process was smooth, proactive, and reliable. They were incredibly supportive not only during production but already in the decision phase, helping us choose the right items and thinking along with us every step of the way.They were very accommodating when we asked for handwritten notes, even adjusting the card format so longer individual messages would fit nicely. Shipping was handled with great care: we received tracking numbers for all orders, and the team actively checked in whenever there were delivery issues to make sure everything arrived safely and on time.The feedback from our employees has been overwhelmingly positive — the gifts were genuinely loved. Overall, a highly professional, thoughtful, and dependable partner. We’d happily work with them again.
